We accept returns of eligible standard rugs within 14 days of delivery when unused and in their original condition. Please contact us at [email protected] before sending anything back.
How to exercise the right
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with a clear statement that you want to cancel.
- After notifying us, send the standard rug back without undue delay and normally within 14 days after your notice.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise. We refund the item price and standard outbound delivery as required by applicable law. We may hold the refund until we receive the rug or you provide evidence that it has been sent back.

Made-to-order and personalised rugs are not eligible for this 14-day returns policy. This does not affect your rights if a rug is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
